Challenge of the Day: Veg out in the kitchen!
Veg out in the kitchen instead of on the couch today. Challenge yourself to eat at least one vegetable with every meal. Consider adding veggies to an omelet or scrambled eggs for breakfast; pairing a sandwich with vegetable soup or veggies and hummus for lunch; and/or starting dinner with a salad.
