Challenge of the Day: Drink 8 cups of water.
Hydrate to be great! During our health promotion classes, we talk about the importance of good hydration. Drinking plenty of water is good for our skin and teeth, helps us go to the bathroom regularly, and helps us do our best throughout the day. It also helps us avoid overeating. Many of us will be enjoying holiday meals over the next few days. Consider having water with your meal to help avoid eating too much.
