The Adult Down Syndrome Center Fitness, Fun for Everyone 5K Run/3K Walk is back! Check-in will begin at 8:45am and the run and walk will begin at 9:30am. After the race, our beloved Zumba instructor Kristen will get our Zumba dance party started! Registration is $35. Registration is free for individuals with Down syndrome or another intellectual disability.
We hope you will join us in promoting our health and celebrating the 30th anniversary of the Adult Down Syndrome Center!
