Caregivers and loved ones of individuals with Down syndrome and Alzheimer's disease in Illinois are invited to our Down Syndrome and Alzheimer's Disease Support Group. Meetings are held the third Tuesday of every month from 12:00-1:00pm (Central Time) on Zoom. Attendees are welcome to share their experiences and receive support from other attendees. Some meetings include an educational component such as a presentation or video with discussion.
