We are excited to share that we are in the initial stages of redesigning our online Resource Library! Our goal is to make the library easier to navigate and more accessible to a broad range of users. We are grateful for the support of a generous donor who is making this project possible.
We are looking for existing users of the library to provide feedback and input to help inform our discussions with the website designers.
How will feedback be gathered?
Informal virtual interviews with Laura Krohn, our project manager for research and education.
How long will the interviews last?
Approximately 30-45 minutes.
What kinds of questions will I be asked?
Questions will be related to how you navigate the library, what you like about it, problems you have encountered when using it, and suggestions for improving it.
Will the interviews be recorded?
Yes, we would like to record the interviews. The recordings will only be accessed by Laura for notetaking purposes.
What else should I know?
Interview participants will get a sneak peek at the redesigned library during the design and development phases. They will also be acknowledged on our social media pages and in our email newsletter upon release of the redesigned library.
