Tasks that require fine motor skills can be difficult for some people with Down syndrome.
People with Down syndrome tend to have smaller hands, shorter fingers, and loose/flexible ligaments. These factors may contribute to making it more challenging to do tasks that require fine motor skills. One such task is tying shoes.
