The video below is a recording of a presentation from the Adult Down Syndrome Center's Healthy Me, Healthy You, Healthy Us Conference held on April 6, 2019. The presentation features Matthew Balog, a pediatric clinical sleep educator at Advocate Children's Hospital, and Joey Morton, a young man with Down syndrome who has sleep apnea and uses a CPAP machine.
