I should eat healthy foods and drinks such as:

  • fruit

  • vegetables

  • meat/fish

  • whole grains

  • dairy

  • water

I should avoid or limit eating unhealthy foods and drinks such as:

  • candy

  • dessert

  • pop

  • chips

  • French fries

I should also make sure not to eat too fast or to eat too much food in one sitting.
