How to Show I am Calm Visual

September 2024 | Katie Frank, PhD, OTR/L - Occupational Therapist, Adult Down Syndrome Center

The visuals linked below explain what we can do to show that we are calm. There are versions with and without check boxes. The version with check boxes can be used as part of a reward system (e.g., if the person can check off all the boxes, they get a reward). The boxes also help to walk the user through the visual.
