Easy to use and much less expensive than buying gluten free rolls or biscuits from a gluten free bakery.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: As “gluten free” becomes more mainstream, the products get better and better. Many restaurants such as Egg Harbor, Wildfire, and Jason’s Deli now have gluten free menus. Trader Joes and Whole Foods have lists of all the GF foods that they carry. Ask for them at each store. Most mainstream grocery stores now feature a gluten free aisle.
