The video below is a recording of a webinar presented by Katie Frank, PhD, OTR/L and Laura Chicoine, BA on May 12, 2021. Dr. Frank is the occupational therapist at the Adult Down Syndrome Center and Laura is the project manager for research and education at the Center. In this presentation, they discuss why it is important for individuals with Down syndrome to learn how to live a healthy lifestyle, what skills need to be learned, and how families, caregivers, support staff, and others can help individuals with Down syndrome learn how to live a healthy lifestyle.
