Ways to Get Good Sleep

I should wake up at the same time each day.

I should go to bed at the same time every night.

I should create a good sleep space. No TV, tablet, or phone.

I should have a bedtime routine.

My bedtime routine should include hygiene tasks like:

  • brushing my teeth,

  • washing my face, and

  • going to the bathroom.

My bedtime routine can include relaxation activities like:

  • writing in a journal,

  • praying,

  • reading,

  • taking deep breaths, and

  • stretching

Remembering this will help me sleep better and be healthy!
