Personal Hygiene Chart

May 2023 | Katie Frank, PhD, OTR/L - Occupational Therapist, Adult Down Syndrome Center

The Personal Hygiene Chart linked below can help us keep track of when we complete hygiene tasks such as taking a shower, brushing our teeth, and caring for our nails. Not all hygiene tasks are done every day. We might not do some hygiene tasks at all. That is ok! We can talk with a family member, caregiver, or other trusted adult to decide what tasks to do and when we need to do them. There is also a document linked below with a blank template and pictures if we want to make a personalized version of the hygiene chart.
