Dating 201: Skills for Those Already in a Romantic Relationship

Dating 201 is a social skills group for individuals with Down syndrome who are currently in a romantic relationship.


Dating 201 is a social skills group designed and facilitated by our occupational therapist Katie Frank, PhD, OTR/L. It will cover various skills individuals with Down syndrome need in order to maintain dating relationships. Topics may include communication skills, managing emotions, what couples do, planning a date, ending relationships, and planning for the future.

The group will be held on Wednesdays from October 7 to November 4 at 11:00am Central.

Registration is required as space is limited. Please complete the form at this link by September 18 to express interest in the group.
