The Adult Down Syndrome Center is fortunate to have three incredible physicians: Brian Chicoine, MD, Erin Dominiak, MD, and Hannah Graham, MD. We compiled 10 facts about our wonderful doctors.

Dr. Chicoine and Dr. Dominiak received their undergraduate degrees from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Dr. Graham received her undergraduate degree from Valparaiso University.

Dr. Dominiak worked at Abbott Laboratories prior to enrolling in medical school.

All three doctors attended Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine for medical school.

All three doctors completed their residency in Family Medicine at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital.

After completing his residency, Dr. Chicoine worked as a family physician in Freeport, Illinois.

Dr. Chicoine has been a physician at the Center since it opened in 1992. Dr. Dominiak joined the team in 2007. Dr. Graham joined the team in 2021.

All three doctors are members of the Down Syndrome Medical Interest Group-USA (DSMIG-USA), a group of health professionals committed to promoting the health of individuals with Down syndrome.

Dr. Chicoine and Dr. Graham both have three children. Dr. Graham's youngest daughter has Down syndrome.

Dr. Dominiak's parents and sister live in the Chicagoland area. Her family also includes an adorable cat named Bella.

All three doctors love working at the Adult Down Syndrome Center and consider it a privilege to care for adolescents and adults with Down syndrome.
