The Chicago Cubs and Advocate Health Care hosted a fantastic event for patients of the Adult Down Syndrome Center! Attendees enjoyed yard games, batting cages, tours of Wrigley Field, coloring, ballpark snacks, and a surprise Cubs player visit! View Gallery
