The Fit Five Guide and Fitness Cards contain downloadable cards and videos that feature Special Olympics athletes and provide visual demonstrations of endurance, strength, and flexibility exercises. There are exercises for 5 different levels of difficulty so you can select the appropriate exercises for your fitness abilities.
The Fit 5 Program also provides fitness trackers including weekly and yearly exercise, nutrition, and hydration trackers.
High Five for Fitness is a set of Special Olympics resources for youth ages 8-21. The program includes fitness videos and cards, educator guides, and caregiver guides for ages 8-11, 12-14, and 15-21.
