There are exercises for 5 different levels of difficulty so you can select the appropriate exercises for your fitness abilities.

High Five for Fitness is a set of Special Olympics resources for youth ages 8-21. The program includes fitness videos and cards, educator guides, and caregiver guides for ages 8-11, 12-14, and 15-21.
