Writing Goals

July 2021 | Katie Frank, PhD, OTR/L - Occupational Therapist, Adult Down Syndrome Center

The topic of the first week of our "Skills for a Healthy Lifestyle" group is goals. We talk about what goals are and remind participants that goals may look different for everyone. We discuss setting goals that are not too hard or too easy and making a plan to help us reach our goals. We also talk about ways to track our progress and motivate us. We use the resources linked below.
